Sales Analysis

Sales Analysis

Show where your sales are coming from and what their contributions are with Sales Analysis

In Triumph ERP, invoices and sales can come from multiple modules – Debtors, Sales Order Entry, Point of Sale, and eCommerce. All modules have their own reporting abilities but none have the capacity to show or capture all the sales and associated costs that have come through Triumph ERP. So, Triumph Business Systems created a module that would provide an accurate picture of all your business’s sales.

Triumph ERP’s Sales Analysis module integrates with all sales/debtors’ modules to create up-to-date sales analysis reports. The strong reporting ability allows you to modify or customise information to create reports most relevant to you.

You can segment the reports by sales periods, financial periods, financial performance criteria, territories, and staff and stock groups. The flexibility of the system gives you the ability to define your own segments, including profit figures and ratios, sales quantities and costs of goods sold. This allows trends to be analysed and projected, and variances and performances to be compared with historical sales data.

You can also choose and modify any period over which to report your sales dissection figures, such as weekly, monthly or quarterly, and specify the report range for each segment. New reports to summarise any sales details held by the system-even past periods-can be defined at any time.

Triumph ERP’s Sales Analysis module gives you the power to keep track of all your sales. With numerous segment breakdowns, there is a report to fit your every need.
