How do I set up Sales Alerts?

The sales alert feature in Triumph ERP enables a pop-up message related to a customer. This is handy for information about special delivery instructions or a reminder to check their account.

To enable this feature, first make sure that it is turned on in Debtor Control Maintenance (S-S-D).

Bring up a debtor in Debtor Account Maintenance (D-F-A) and then create a note as an ‘Alert’ type.

This sales alert note will now appear any time you enter a sales related transaction for this customer.

Important Note; in Triumph 6.1 you will be able to add sales alerts to stock items as well.
